Hey!  So what is your favourite all time haunting?  Doesn't even have to be a verified haunting, just the creepiest ghost story you ever heard.  

Mine is Glamis Castle, hands down at the moment.

I have to stick to Hukilau Beach (La'ie, Hawai'i).

It's near the border of the ancient city of refuge, so the Night Marchers visit on a regular basis.

It's also the site where my scout troup dug up a human skeleton.  The police didn't give us any details, but we saw fillings in some teeth, so it was fairly recent.  To this day I don't know the story on that guy

Favorite investigation place, anyway, would probably be the Church of the Damned...BAD_WORD of demon locked in a church..always a good haunt.

Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

I went to Gettysburg once when I was 16.  My dad is a big Civil War buff, so he took us there during a trip to the US.  Being a 16 year old who at the time considered ANYTHING liked by my parents, I sulked and muttered the whole time.

Didn't see anything at all outside the norm (other than my folks...lol).  Heck, didn't even know at the time it was a haunted spot.  

Ah, if I could turn back the clock...I'd better appreciate that trip.  Ah well....it's not going anywhere...lol.  I shall return, since my father in law is as big a Civil War buff as my father.

I have always been intrigued by the site of the old Ringling Mansion in the Baraboo, Wis. area. The old place burned down. I don't remember too many details, beyond grass not growing for 3 feet around the foundation, blood stains on the walls, a buried safe - all the ingridients for a good scare!

K, gonna go with an old fave...The Bloody Tower, lol. There's just been so much blood spilled, both crowned heads and none, so I think it would be the coolest thing to go visit there one day. Have a particular fondess for Lady Jane Grey, so would love to check out the white tower where it is said she was beheaded. But aside from that, would like to check out Broyle Rectory, said to be THE most haunted place in all of merry england...or at least until modern times! ;D

My favorite haunt of all time is a local one, it's called Buford's Massacre.  It's a Revolutionary War battle site complete with two mass graves (one marked, one unmarked) so a friend and I assumed it was haunted and investigated.  We ended up with a picture of a yellow vortex that completely obscured the picture and came complete with the outline of a body on the ground and a screaming face.  Oh yeah....it's pretty spooky out there.
