Hey Bar how was the Star? I went on it 14 years ago. It was kinda creepy, but I was only 14 at the time. As for the Whaley house I read about in in a book from a Paranormal Psychologist. It was a very good story. If I ever get back down there I will have to go and check it out.

I went to the star, didnt really have some encounters, but i could feel something. Didnt really take a lot of pics, because i was low on film.

Ive been to the Whaley House
definately a heavy feel
although my visual experiences were nil
my son had one-
and the pictures we brought home
were more than interesting-
in particular a picture of a toy baby crib in one of
the kids rooms-
the inner part of the crib was illuminated
no possible light source was present-
the light-even in the picture- was isolated to the crib
I am what you would call a "locational" psychic
no I cant tell you what you are thinking
but I can definately tell you when location is "full"
if you know what I mean--and the Whaley house
was not the most full I have been to.
1) The Purple House-Las Vegas,NV
2)Barat College-Lake FOrest,IL

Bardock--I went on the same ghost tour as you did at the Queen Mary. I thought that it would be cool to see the places of actual hauntings. I was very disappointed at what they did with all of the special effects. I also felt that it was very disrespectful to the people who died on the ship. It was like they were making a comedy out of the tour. >

Thank you. I can't claim credit for the picture, though. My Mom e-mailed it to me. I thought that it was really cute. Some people are using it for wallpaper on their computers. Wonder how they got all of those dogs to behave at the same time?????

I love the Whaley house. I grew up in San Diego and we had field trips every year in grade school and one year we went there. There is also some other stuff in Old Town to see. There is a cemetary there that a road was built over part of it. I don't know if the graves were marked or not when they did this, but that's what our guide/teacher told us. There is also an old barn, I think it's right across from the Whaley house, that has some old pictures and such in it. I remember a girl in my class left there in tears because she said there was a painting of a lady that was watching her and later we found out that a lot of people said the same thing about the painting. Well, I'm new here and thought I'd say hello and throw in a couple tidbits.
