Guidelines to go by when using a Ouija board

I've noticed that in the past there have been a lot of people who have made posts about Ouija boards and using them. Personally, I would say never use one, but people have minds of their own. So, if anyone is going to use one, please read these guidelines first. I've posted them before in other people's posts, but hopefully, a seperate post will be more noticeable. Please feel free to add and comment on this...
Guidelines for a Ouija Board
-Never use a ouija board during a thunderstorm. This is a time when the spirit world is strong and you are unprotected.
-Never use one when you are drunk or sick because your body is weak and therefore easier to possess.
-Never use a ouija board alone.
-When you are using a ouija board, sit cross legged with your knees touching. Do not disconnect your knees or else you might release the spirit. don’t use a table.
-If your are making a ouija board, put the letters and numbers in 2 clockwise circles. This makes it easier to contain the spirit.
-When you have contacted a spirit always be polite. Never be rude to a spirit.
-If the planchette moves to the four corners of the board, then it is negative.
If it stays in the middle, it is positive. (Not sure if this is necessarily true, but be aware)
-If you contact a negative spirit, end the session immediately by moving the planchette to goodbye or spelling it out. If the spirit won’t let you, close the board and get rid of it. Never let the planchette go counterclockwise through the alphabet or numbers.
-Never ask any spirit about the following things: God, the devil, angels, Atlantis, or the afterlife. Also, never ask it to prove that it exists.
-Don’t ask a spirit to do a deed for you. It will most likely be done wrong. If a spirit asks you to do something for it, you don’t have to do it. Make sure you are polite in telling it no.
-Don’t ask stupid questions like, “when will I die?” Always remember that a spirit can lie.
-To get rid of a ouija board with an evil spirit, chop or tear it to pieces, sprinkle holy water over it, and bury it. Never throw it in the fire. The board will scream and whoever threw it in the fire will die within 36 hours. ( not sure if the 36 hours thing is true, but the board WILL scream)
***I know there are more guidelines than these. . . I just can’t think of them at the moment. . .

Should the planchette fall from the board a spirit will get loose
When you close down you have to make sure that you and any other person involved are completly psychically closed down. Otherwise you become
vunerable to psychic attack negative energies and other types of
spiritual attacks and communications.
A little about the spirits:
Earthbound Spirits these one don't know they are dead they are
lost full of anger fear these are the lowest common denominator
they don't know how to find the light. Many Many Many Spirits of
soldiers of the 1st and 2nd World War and the American Civil War
don't realize there dead! This would also include victims of tragedy
like victims of September 11th in the plane and caught in the
buildings and Train Disasters.
(1) Suicide victims
(2) Murder victims
(3) War casualties
(4) Violent accidental deaths
(5) Deluded ghosts haunting buildings
(6) Obsession: Recently deceased spirits closely attached to living loved ones
(7) Possession: permanent and intermittent
(8) Poltergeists
(9) Recently deceased spirits who have unfinished business still on earth
(10) Others.
The Enlightened:
The souls have moved on but return to help the living they bring
messages or come in dreams
Liberated Souls:
These are spirits which have outgrown life on this earth it's
not possible to contact them beause they have moved on to
another dimension!
One last thing if you have a relative or someone who just passed on
recently and arrive on the otherside It's NOT a good thing to keep repeatedly calling to them back to the earth plane
ready they come and visit or keep tabs. Let them be.
