How do I stop tracking a topic?

Hi.
there may be a simpler way to do it, but this is how i do it.
Go to "edit my profile"
then "subscriptions" on the side menu.
then select all the topics/forums you wish to cancel
the click "unsubscribe"
Hope that makes sense
