Do you think theres a connection between them. do you think they have a six sence. did you or your kids have an imaginery friend. out of all my years I've noticed that the majority of ghost encounters are with kids.

yes...... the connection has been discussed in GV sometime earlier with various threads. but this looks a good subject for discussion.
the idea is the Pineal Gland hardening afte the age of 7 and we loose the link with the Higher Realms.

mediums need to "soften" the Pineal yet again to get the connection. Meditation is the key. but for some people there is increased sensitivity probably because the Pineal is receptive.

not really, but the children sees and don;t take the paranormal for greanted untill we teach them otherwise. so perhaps the ghosts needs less of energy to communicate with them

Is it scientifically proven that the gland can be "softened" through meditation? or is that not litterally what happens?

the latest scientific studies point to the direction that Pineal indeed produce certain key hormones needed for the emotional wellbeing of the kids.

I feel that kids see angels period. I don't remember personally if I have ever seen one or talked to one when I was a child. I think that after we get a certain age the ghosts puts some sort of spell to our memories that we won't remember such a thing.
I personally have heard a ghost talk and in my teenage years I thought I might have came across a couple of ghosts.
