D. J. Conway remains among the top best-selling authors, and her Elemental Magick is another example of why she is popular among readers. She has gained a reputation as an honest researcher, and her work reflects this genuine honesty. And bless her, too, for she seems to be among the few who know the difference between the word magick and the word magic. Her works deal with real magick. She is a pleasure to review. For those curious about those two words: magick deals with spells and rituals whereas magic deals with the rabbit out of the magician hat and other sleight-of-hand antics.
Magick is what you want to learn, and Conway delivers. Those interested in her and her writings can visit her website at www.djconway.com.
In Elemental Magick, the reader is given a hands-on approach to learning meditations, exercises, spells, and numerous rituals to help the reader connect directly with nature. If you want a reference that contains spells which work and work well, and directions which are understandable, Elemental Magick is a contemporary masterpiece in the writings of magick and elementals.
If you want to connect and contact elementals, this is the book. The book tells you how to do it, and what you will encounter and learn. The book tells you how to protect yourself. For a gift, this is a great present, and it would be a nice book to have your local librarian place in the public library for its reading patrons.
Congratualtions to D. J. Conway for a fine book. Highly recommended.
