She offers six techniques. There are twelve chapters, and two appendix for additional study. The author gives many insights into the healing process. Topics covered include: all healing is a process of self-healing, self-hypnosis, how to cultivate the integrated self, among others. Imaginative, thoughtful, and logical are the three words which best sum up this interesting book. Chapter Twelve, "Putting It All Together," is a perfect way to sum up the book and the reader will appreciate the care the author puts into the last chapter. The material on replenishing one's life force and clearing energy blockages is of great help, and interest. Colleen Deatsman's techniques involve meditation, visualization, self-hypnosis, and journeying. Deatsman is a Reiki master, and a licensed counselor.
