[Ghostmail] Glitch from Thursday, May 20, 2004
We're very sorry for the inconvenience from this morning with the emails. We had a server glitch and exactly four separate emails went out to our entire mailing
list (one email with the subject of "[Ghostmail] plz talk 2 me"
looking for the email address of one of our members, one reply
to that saying they didn't know, and two more replies saying
"please unsubscribe me"). We caught the problem almost immediately and stopped the list. This will not happen again.
The mailing list is the Ghostvillage.com (ghost research, evidence, and discussion) monthly newsletter. We only ever send one to two emails per month because we know how annoying it can be to get a ton of useless email. We never trade, sell, or swap our email list, and your address was not compromised
in any way this morning by our glitch.
This will all blow over within a few days. You can help by directing
