Manifestation By Tiffany Johnson Have you ever taken time to see what you want, what you really desire, in your mind's eye? I mean really, really see the process working through, and watching every detail come to fruition to the final destination/product? Well that, my friend, is called manifestation. Manifestation or manifesting is what we do day in and day out, subconsciously or not, when we are working toward a goal, whether it be the visualization process or an actual activity. This process brings issues and things to form. And in these days of economic strife (although I continue to "not participate" in the recession), we need all the help we can get! Are there ways to expedite the manifestation process? Of course! First thing, you must trust, that as things come along, that Spirit knows what is right and best for you. Next, verbally (not just mentally), make your request to the Universe. Speak it out loud. Often, when you hear yourself say something, you may realize that what you are looking for needs to be articulated differently than initially thought. Whether you are leaving out details or possibly putting too many in, this is a great time to clearly determine your goal. Moving on, once you have made the statement to Spirit, you must be open to obtaining it. I know it sounds silly, but many people believe that they want certain things and yet have hesitation to receiving them. Or, they only want them on their terms or in their time frame. Be certain. Be sure of yourself and most of all expect your guides, angels, and Spirit to bring your hopes to you. Lastly -- work toward your goal! Don't just expect that since you have followed these guidelines that your objective will just drop in your lap. Make things happen that move you closer to what you are looking to achieve. Work from the expectation that you'll receive what is asked for. They weren't kidding when the statement was coined, "God helps those that help themselves." As you are looking to evolve, know that the Universe wants to help you if it's in your highest good. Now, if whatever you were looking to produce doesn't manifest, don't be shaken. Know that you have most likely averted problems, injuries, relationship issues, etc. Just as everything happens for a reason, so do the things that don't come to fruition. Trust and take faith in that. You are not being punished, but exalted for this was a lesson that you didn't need to learn! Now - on to a note from one of our Ghostvillagers Tiffany,Hey Cath! Great question and thanks for writing in! First -- I have to say that I don't practice Wicca or Paganism, but have studied witchcraft for years. I, by no means, am an expert, but I do have a bit of background. Personally, I don't have any issue with magic, or the use of it. Honestly -- I see magic very similar to the idea of prayer. With both, we are setting a goal and asking for it to be blessed and helped by a higher power. Both, often, have personal rituals associated with them. So, no, I don't have any hesitation around the use of white magic. Many, many of my friends are practicing Pagans and Wiccans and I see so much good come from them and the work that they do. They are so honorable and pure hearted, I look up to them.
