Back Porch Woman

My husband and I built a house three years ago, and from the time we moved in we
have been hearing things. Lately, we are seeing things too. I have seen orbs of
light but never got a picture of it.
Some things we have experienced include standing in the kitchen when
the water will just cut off. We have heard knocks at the bedroom door and no one
is there but us. A couple of months after we moved in I saw a figure sitting on
my couch.
I got a camera for Christmas and took a picture of the back porch --
when I looked at the picture this is what I saw -- a women sitting on my porch.
She looks like she is from the 1900s.
