The Spirit in My House

I had been having a lot of experiences at home -- stuff that makes you
wonder if you were imagining it or was it really happening to you?
Eventually I realized that I could sense something in the house and had been
for years. These little incidents turned into a big incident that really
freaked me out. For years I had felt like I was not alone in the house and I
would see things out of the corner of my eye and feel things. Some of things
that have happened and led up to the major incident were feeling someone
squeezing my foot while I was having a nap one day and I was the only one
home. Oddly, this didn't scare me. Then there were times where I felt like
the bed covers were being pulled off me and then a couple of times I saw a
black figure bending over my sister as she slept (we shared the same room).
Then I started hearing footsteps like they were walking on gravel.
Now let me explain the layout of my bedroom. It has two doorways and one
opens into a little alcove which my mother has laid down gravel and some
potted plants. It sounded like these footsteps I was hearing was on this
gravel. One night I woke up out of a deep sleep wide awake and I knew
instantly something was going to happen. I was lying on my side with my
knees drawn up. Then I heard the footsteps, and the freaky thing was I
realized then that I heard these footsteps in my head not audibly. So I
waited terrified and then I felt a man -- I'm sure it was a man -- sit on my
bed. After a few seconds, he got up and walked away. As he was sitting on
the bed it felt like an electrical charge. Of course after he walked away I
was freaking out and eventually I got enough courage to switch on the lamp
and I tried to wake my sister up and tell her what had happened, but I
couldn't wake her. Needless to say I didn't get any sleep that night. I was
totally freaked out for days and for about three weeks I couldn't sleep at
night. Eventually I knew I had to do something about it as I still felt that
there was something there and I felt like the incidents were increasing,
though it never sat on my bed again. So I started researching for people who
could cleanse the house of the unwanted spirit. I finally found someone near
my home and sent them an email. Now this is another freaky thing!
A couple of days after I had sent this lady an email I get a call from my
best friend's elder daughter and she started asking me had I had trouble
with a spirit in the home and it turns out that the person I emailed was a
good friend of hers! How freaky is that? Anyway the lady came and cleared
the house and I have not had any trouble since then. She told me this man
was out there to protect me and he was trying to make his presence known.
She believed he was related and was protecting me from the spirit in the
front room. All in all there were five spirits she passed on to the other
side. Right away I could sense a change in the atmosphere and I have not had
any problems since and my life has been so much better as well. Thank you
